These Terms apply to CEO Assistant. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. The service operator can be contacted at ralphquite@gmail.com.
1. Service purpose
The service provides Telegram reports, requested Google Calendar events and Meet links, and meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries. Access is limited to the account owner and explicitly authorized users. Connected calendar and meeting features use Google, Attendee, and OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Account and recording authorization
Connect only accounts and chats you are authorized to use. Google access requires your OAuth consent. Calendar requests may create real events and invitations. Enabled calendar or extension recording features can start a recording bot for eligible meetings. Obtain the permissions and participant consent required for collection, recording, transcription, and sharing results. Use the service in accordance with the connected platforms’ applicable terms.
3. Privacy and ending access
The Privacy Policy explains data access, use, sharing, storage, and deletion. You can disable collection, disconnect Calendar through /calendar, revoke Google or Telegram access, and stop a recording through the meeting controls. For support or a data deletion request, contact ralphquite@gmail.com.
